I actively contributed to the TypeScript migration and participating in the successful transition of oldest pages into modern React and component oriented back office applications. My focus was also placed on enhancing team efficiency by developing and maintaining components within the Design System, to ensure consistency and better developper experience.

I was involved in monitoring and optimizing front-end performance to maintain application quality, I was also assisting in the senior-level technical recruitment process to help build a strong engineering team.
